Harris Maxus is seeking a creative and talented Junior Designer to join our team. As a Junior Designer, you will support the Lead Creative in creating visually appealing and effective designs for print and digital media, building brand identity, and learning to manage your own projects.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Lead Creative to develop concepts and designs for website graphics, social media graphics, email campaigns and more.
- Assist in creating designs that are visually appealing and effectively communicate information to our target audience.
- Modify and revise existing designs.
- Research and stay up‑to‑date on design trends and best practices to keep our designs innovative and effective.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Understanding of print and web design principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to take direction and work independently.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Degree in Graphic Design or related field.
