We're working with a well-established and highly regarded business in the Horsham area who are looking to appoint a QA Supervisor to support and strengthen their Quality function. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in quality assurance within manufacturing who is ready to step into a supervisory-level role with real responsibility and variety.

The Role

As QA Supervisor, you'll play a key role in maintaining and improving the Quality Management System (QMS), working closely with the Quality Manager and wider teams across the business. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning, scheduling and conducting internal QMS audits
  • Managing approved supplier lists and monitoring supplier performance (KPIs)
  • Investigating supplier issues and leading corrective actions
  • Supporting customer returns, complaints and 8D investigations
  • Liaising directly with customers on quality-related matters
  • Maintaining document control and supporting continuous improvement activities
  • Managing non-conformances (NCRs) from identification through to resolution
  • Overseeing equipment calibration (internal & external) and asset tracking
  • Supporting goods-in, in-process and final inspections when required
  • Assisting with external audits (BSI/customer) and compliance documentation (RoHS, REACH etc.)
  • Contributing to health & safety and wider compliance activities
