Our busy manufacturing client based in Horsham are seeking SMT Assemblers for a 1.30pm - 9pm shift. Successful candidates will be required to take a pre-employment drugs test.
We are seeking a Temporary SMT Assembler with expertise in Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and Printed Circuit Board (PCB) assembly. The ideal candidate will have experience in the production and assembly of electronic components.
Key responsibilities include:
- Operating SMT machinery and equipment.
- Soldering and assembling PCB components.
- Inspecting and testing assembled products for quality assurance.
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and assembly instructions.
- Ensuring all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in SMT and/or PCB assembly.
- Proficiency with SMT equipment and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and assembly instructions.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
