Part-Time Bookkeeper / Accounts Administrator Shipley (Predominantly Home Based) £15.50 per hour 12 hours per week | Flexible Working WFH

Looking for a flexible part-time role that offers the opportunity to work mainly from home? We are recruiting for a Part-Time Bookkeeper / Accounts Administrator to support a friendly and growing business based in Horsham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong bookkeeping experience who enjoys working independently while remaining part of a small team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing sales and purchase ledger transactions using Xero
  • Reconciling accounts
  • Paying supplier invoices and subcontractors
  • Chasing outstanding customer payments
  • Processing purchase invoices using AutoEntry and Xero
  • Running PAYE payroll
  • Managing workplace pensions
  • Maintaining employee records within Xero
  • Providing general accounts and finance administration support

What we're looking for:

  • Previous bookkeeping or accounts administration experience
  • Good working knowledge of Xero is essential
  • Experience of AutoEntry would be advantageous
  • Payroll and pension administration experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Able to work independently and manage your own workload

The Role:

  • 12 hours per week (flexible around business needs)
  • £15.50 per hour
  • Predominantly home-based with attendance at the Horsham office for approximately 2–3 hours per week
  • Permanent, part-time opportunity
