We are looking for a Sales Team Leader, reporting to the Commercial Director, to guide and support a dynamic sales team while delivering exceptional customer service and expanding business opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and support the sales team, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the customer base and strengthen market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Oversee pricing strategies, quotations, and customer expectations regarding lead times.
• Identify new business opportunities across various industries.
• Attend exhibitions and industry events to network and promote the business.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in sales leadership, mentoring and supporting a sales team.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute sales plans.
• A proactive approach to identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Experience working with internal teams to enhance efficiency and collaboration.
