We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Production & Planning Coordinator to support this busy manufacturing and supply chain team. You’ll assist in managing production scheduling, stock control, purchasing, and supplier coordination, helping ensure everything runs efficiently and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotes and process purchase orders using the ERP system
- Raise works, subcontract, and outworker orders
- Maintain and cost BOMs, identifying potential savings
- Monitor stock levels and liaise with suppliers to meet delivery schedules
- Support production teams with planning and paperwork
- Produce reports for outstanding items and orders
What You’ll Need:
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and materials
- Confident with Microsoft Word/Excel and ERP systems (K8 experience a bonus)
- Strong communication, organisation, and attention to detail
- Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and stay adaptable
