Order Coordinator Manufacturing Monday Friday, 8:30am 5:30pm Full-time, Permanent We are excited to be recruiting for an experienced Order Coordinator to join a successful and growing manufacturing business. This is a key role within the commercial team, taking responsibility for orders once they have been agreed and ensuring all information is complete, accurate and technically correct before being released to production. You ll be the important link between customers, Sales, Estimating, Project Management and Production, so we re looking for someone who is highly organised, confident communicating with different stakeholders and has excellent attention to detail. The role As Order Coordinator, you will: Review incoming customer orders to ensure all information is complete and accurate before they reach production Identify missing information, discrepancies or technical queries and resolve these promptly Liaise with customers to obtain additional information or clarification where required Work closely with Estimators, Sales Managers, Project Managers and Production Raise and manage Requests for Information (RFIs) Make permitted administrative and non-commercial amendments to order documentation Confirm delivery dates in line with production lead times Keep customers updated throughout the order process and provide a high level of customer service Maintain accurate or...
