Lead the delivery of new product launches, packaging updates and strategic change projects for a well-established consumer healthcare and wellness business with ambitious growth plans and a strong innovation pipeline.

This is a role for an experienced project manager who enjoys making things happen. Working across a portfolio of new product development, product change and packaging projects, you'll be responsible for keeping multiple workstreams moving, aligning stakeholders, managing timelines and ensuring launches happen on time and to a high standard. This isn't a concept development role and it isn't an IT or Finance project management position. The focus is delivery. You'll work closely with teams across Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Quality and Sales to bring new products and business-critical projects to life. You'll be joining at a particularly exciting time, with a strong pipeline of launches and major brand and packaging initiatives already underway. If you enjoy working in a collaborative environment where you can see the direct impact of your work, this could be an excellent next move.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of NPD, EPD, packaging refresh and regulatory change projects from initiation through to launch.
  • Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines and critical paths.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure activities are progressing against agreed milestones.
  • Lead project meetings, kick-offs, risk reviews and stakeholder updates.
  • Identify potential risks, issues and bottlenecks early and drive solutions.
  • Ensure projects move effectively through Stage Gate processes and governance reviews.
  • Present project updates and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Manage change controls and ensure appropriate documentation and approvals are in place.
  • Work closely with manufacturing partners, suppliers and internal teams to keep projects on track.
  • Drive accountability, visibility and communication across all project activity.

What You'll Need

  • Significant project management experience within NPD, product development, packaging, manufacturing or related environments.
  • Experience delivering physical product launches within a regulated environment like Pharma, FMCG, Food, Health and Wellness, Cosmetics, Consumer Healthcare products NOT IT, Finance or software projects.
  • Strong end-to-end project management capability, from initial scoping through to launch.
  • A solid understanding of supply chain, manufacturing, operations or product development processes.
  • Experience working within FMCG, consumer healthcare, supplements, cosmetics, pharma, food or another regulated product environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • The confidence to challenge, influence and build credibility quickly across functions.
  • Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage ambiguity and create structure in a fast-moving environment.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, MS Project or equivalent.
  • PRINCE2 or another project management qualification would be beneficial but is not essential.

Why Join?

  • Work on high-profile, business-critical innovation projects.
  • Be part of a collaborative, close-knit organisation where people genuinely know and support one another.
  • Join during an exciting period of growth, transformation and investment.
  • Gain exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision-making.
  • Enjoy a flexible hybrid working model.
  • Annual bonus.
  • 25 days holiday plus Christmas shutdown.
  • Early finish on Fridays.
  • Staff product discounts and wellbeing benefits.
  • Volunteering days, cycle-to-work scheme and a range of additional perks.

About You

You'll be someone who combines strong project management discipline with a collaborative and positive style. You're comfortable operating across commercial, technical and operational teams, can build relationships quickly and enjoy bringing people together to solve problems. Most importantly, you'll have the confidence and experience to take ownership of complex projects and drive them through to successful delivery.
