Office Administrator
Outskirts of Horsham (own transport essential) £24,000 - £25,000 - based on a 35 hour week Monday – Thursday 9:00am – 5:00pm | Friday 8:00am – 3:00pm
25 days holiday + bank holidays

We are currently recruiting for a fantastic entry-level Office Administrator opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team based just outside Horsham. Due to the location, you must be a driver with your own transport. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their administrative career within a busy office environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering and managing all incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner
  • Taking accurate messages and passing them on to the relevant team members
  • Inputting invoices and maintaining accurate records
