We are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Care Coordinator to join a busy and fast-paced team on a temporary basis with an immediate start available. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service and administration experience who enjoys working in a professional environment and managing customer queries through to resolution.
Duties will include:
- Handling incoming customer queries via phone and email
- Coordinating maintenance and remedial works
- Liaising with contractors, suppliers and internal departments
- Updating customer records and maintaining accurate documentation
- Scheduling appointments and tracking progress of outstanding works
- Ensuring excellent customer service is delivered at all times
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous customer care or coordinator experience
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritise workload in a busy environment
- COINS system experience preferred
