Harris Lee is recruiting a Literacy Subject Lead for a well-established SEN school in Uxbridge. You will lead the whole-school literacy and communication strategy across all key stages, with a TL R2 attached, working with the Speech and Language Therapy team to support learners from pre-verbal to those pursuing qualifications.
You will set direction for literacy, monitor standards, develop schemes of work and resources, lead staff training and CPD, and support colleagues to deliver high-quality education.
