Harris Lee is recruiting a Literacy Subject Lead for a well-established SEN special school in Uxbridge.

You will lead the whole-school literacy and communication strategy across all key stages, in partnership with the in-house Speech and Language Therapy team.

The role is a genuine leadership post with a TLR2, reporting to the Associate Principal, and requires QTS/QLTS, strong SEN experience, and DBS clearance.
