About Us
The Darchei Noam Centre caters for up to 50 pupils with a broad range of SEND within a thriving mainstream school environment. Our aim is to provide a calm, structured, and supportive setting where children feel secure, develop essential life skills, and achieve their full potential. With onsite Occupational Therapy and Speech & Language Therapy, we deliver a truly holistic approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate treatment plans as an Occupational Therapist
- Support pupils in achieving goals set in EHCPs
- Deliver therapy focused on sensory needs, emotional regulation, and social communication
- Coach pupils in life and learning skills (organisation, writing, money handling)
- Contribute to multidisciplinary meetings, reports, and EHCP reviews
- Provide staff guidance on therapeutic strategies

Requirements
- Recognised degree in Occupational Therapy
- Registration with the HCPC
- Paediatric OT and/or sensory integration experience desirable
Hours
Term time only
- Full-time hours: Mon-Thu 8:45am-4:00pm, Fri 8:45am-12:30pm
- Part-time considered
