Occupational Therapist – Specialist SEN School – Edgware (HA8) Salary: £30,400 – £48,000 FTE (depending on experience) Contract: Permanent | Flexible – Full-time or Part-time (3 days min) | Term-time only Location: Edgware HA8 About Us We support students with autism, ADHD, and sensory needs, and learning disabilities in a calm, structured environment rooted in Jewish values. The Role We’re seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. You will: * Deliver functional and sensory assessments and personalised OT interventions. * Support pupils with self-regulation, fine- and gross-motor skills, and independence. * Advise teaching staff on environmental and classroom strategies. * Work closely with SaLTs, psychologists, teachers, and parents as part of a supportive MDT. * Contribute to EHCPs and ongoing progress reviews. About You * HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist (Band 5 – 6 experience welcomed). * Background in paediatrics, neurodevelopment, or mental health desirable. * Understanding of autism, sensory processing, and emotional regulation. * Collaborative, reflective, and comfortable working within a faith-based community.
