Occupational Therapist (Term Time + 2 Weeks) Salary: £45,399 – £54,684 (Full Time Equivalent) Location: TW13 Contract: Permanent Hours: Full Time We are looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our therapy team at a specialist college. This role is ideal for an Occupational Therapist who wants to make a real difference to young people with complex needs, including PMLD, SLD, and Autism. As an Occupational Therapist, you will assess, plan, and deliver targeted interventions that help students achieve greater independence in all areas of life. You’ll work closely with Speech and Language Therapists, Physiotherapists, and teachers to embed therapy into daily routines. Key Responsibilities * Provide specialist Occupational Therapy assessments for students. * Lead the on-site Occupational Therapy provision and manage your own caseload. * Deliver both 1:1 and group Occupational Therapy sessions. * Support functional skills such as feeding, mobility, and regulation. * Train staff and parents to apply Occupational Therapy approaches. * Contribute to reports, IEPs, and reviews. * Oversee and advise on specialist OT equipment. About You * Qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration. * Experience supporting children or young people with SLD, PMLD, and Autism. * Confident in assessment, planning, and delivering outcomes. * Strong communicator, able to work within a multi-disciplinary team. * Committed to safeguarding and professional development.
