An exceptional permanent opportunity has arisen for a SEN Teacher to join an established all-age special school in Uxbridge supporting pupils aged 7 to 19 with severe and complex learning needs. The cohort includes pupils with SLD, PMLD, autism, sensory processing differences and complex communication needs.

The school offers day, residential and short‑break provision and is run by a religious order with a strong Christian ethos. This is a class teacher role within a well‑resourced, structured environment where Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and Thrive are embedded across the whole school.

You will lead a class with TA support, deliver a highly differentiated curriculum aligned to individual EHCP outcomes, contribute to Annual Reviews, and work closely with a strong multidisciplinary team including Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and Educational Psychology.
