Responsibilities
- As a Shift Leader, you will support in the running of the shop – leading the team, giving great customer service and delivering the very best standards of coffee and food.
- You will ensure smooth operations and a welcoming environment for our guests.
Qualifications
- Ideally you will have some experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader. If you haven’t had that role before, we still encourage you to apply – we value passion and a willingness to learn.
