I am delighted to be working with a values-driven charity seeking an experienced Interim Supported Housing Manager to lead a specialist women’s homelessness service in Surrey. This is an opportunity to oversee a psychologically informed, trauma-responsive supported housing community delivering high-quality accommodation and holistic support to women facing homelessness and multiple disadvantage. The service supports residents to rebuild stability, wellbeing, independence, and community connection through personalised support and strong partnership working.
The Role
You will provide operational leadership across the service, managing day-to-day delivery, staff performance, safeguarding, compliance, housing management, and service development. You will lead and support a frontline team to deliver strengths-based, trauma-informed support while ensuring the service remains safe, effective, and resident-focused.
