An impactful London-based charity is looking for a Volunteer Operations Manager to coordinate the day-to-day logistics of a busy and diverse volunteer programme. Supporting over a million meals per month to communities in need, this organisation relies on a dedicated volunteer network across multiple London sites.
Salary: £26,300 - £30,000
Location: West London
In this role, you’ll manage volunteer scheduling, streamline systems, and ensure a smooth, safe, and engaging experience for all. You'll work closely with internal teams to align operations and support both community and corporate volunteering activities.
The ideal candidate will have:
