Are you a highly organised and proactive administrator with a passion for people and purpose? We're looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Team Administrator to join the team at a national educational charity. This is a London based hybrid role for a minimum of 2-months!
You'll play a key role in delivering a positive experience for supporters, volunteers, and members—whether answering queries, updating the CRM (Salesforce), coordinating volunteer logistics, or supporting flagship events. This is a varied and rewarding role that touches many areas of the organisation, so a flexible approach and a can-do attitude are essential.
What you’ll do:
- Be the first point of contact for supporter and volunteer queries
- Coordinate volunteer onboarding and help deliver training
- Keep our CRM records accurate and up to date
- Support membership renewals and process payments
- Assist with reporting and supporter data
- Help deliver events and provide admin support across teams
What we’re looking for:
- Great customer service skills and a professional, warm approach
- Confident using CRM systems (ideally Salesforce)
- Strong organisational and IT skills (especially Excel)
- A team player who can also work independently
- Experience supporting events or working with volunteers is a bonus
