Harris Hill is delighted to be partnering with a leading national charity to recruit a Senior Content and Development Officer for a 12 month maternity cover contract. This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected national charity dedicated to improving the lives of carers across the UK. You will play a key role in supporting research and project delivery, developing engaging digital content, and managing the accreditation process for a successful employer benchmarking scheme that helps organisations better support carers in the workplace.
As Senior Content and Development Officer, you will:
- Support the development and delivery of content on the charity’s digital platforms
- Ensure a high-quality experience for organisations participating in the accreditation programme
- Lead the newsletter development and delivery
- Maintain and update content on the website
- Collaborate across teams to support a range of internally and externally funded projects.
We are looking for an organised and proactive individual with strong research, communication and project coordination skills. You will be confident managing multiple priorities, maintaining accurate records and databases, developing written content, and building positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. Experience of working with CRM systems, content management systems and digital platforms is essential.
