This role combines recruitment coordination with compliance oversight, ideal for someone organised, proactive, and confident handling safeguarding checks and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage job adverts, screen applications, coordinate interviews & assessment centres
- Carry out Right to Work checks, enhanced DBS processing, and reference collection
