Projects Officer - Part-Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and coordination support across a range of projects and partnerships.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and track actions.
  • Support stakeholder engagement activities, including working with service users, community partners and external organisations.
  • Assist with the planning and delivery of events, campaigns and project activities.
  • Maintain accurate project records, reports and CRM data.
  • Monitor project milestones and deadlines, helping to ensure successful delivery.
  • Support research, fundraising and service development activities.
  • Assist with producing project updates, reports and performance information.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to promote organisational impact and achievements.

About You

  • Previous experience in a project, programme, partnerships or administrative support role.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience engaging with a range of stakeholders and building positive relationships.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and database or CRM systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
  • The ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a small team.
  • A commitment to supporting vulnerable communities and promoting financial inclusion.
