Harris Hill is recruiting for a Programme Lead on behalf of a community-focused organisation delivering impactful support programmes for children, families and local communities.

£33,000–£35,000 | Full-time

This role will lead the delivery of funded community programmes, managing partnerships, budgets, reporting and programme outcomes while ensuring high-quality, inclusive services.

About you

  • Experience managing funded programmes in the charity, community or public sector
  • Strong stakeholder and partnership management skills
  • Experience managing budgets, reporting and compliance
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Experience working with community or family support programmes is desirable.
