Harris Hill are delighted to be supporting a large national children’s charity in their search for a New Partnerships Manager (12 month FTC).

Salary: £31,600 – £36,600

Location: London – hybrid, minimum one day per week in the office

Contract: Full-time, 35 hours per week, 12-month fixed term

This is an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious Corporate Partnerships team, identifying and securing high-value partnerships that generate vital income and support children across the UK. You will manage your own pipeline of opportunities worth £50,000–£200,000, while supporting senior colleagues on larger strategic opportunities worth up to £4.5 million.

Key responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a pipeline of corporate prospects, taking opportunities from research through to pitch and negotiation.
  • Develop compelling proposals and build strong relationships with senior decision-makers.
  • Support larger strategic opportunities and contribute towards the team’s income targets.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in corporate partnerships, fundraising, business development or a similar relationship-led role.
  • A track record of developing new business opportunities and securing or supporting high-value partnerships.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication and writing skills, with a proactive and organised approach.
