We’re partnering with a leading cancer charity to recruit an experienced Personal Assistant supporting the Director of Digital & Data and the Director of Brand, Marketing & Communications. This is more than a PA role. It’s a chance to support work that directly impacts lives, while operating at the heart of a fast‑moving, purpose‑driven organisation.
The Role
You’ll be the trusted right hand to two senior leaders, keeping everything aligned, organised, and moving forward.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing complex diaries and navigating scheduling challenges with ease
- Coordinating meetings, rooms, and logistics across the organisation
- Preparing high‑quality briefing materials so leaders are always one step ahead
- Monitoring inboxes and flagging key priorities
- Drafting engaging internal communications for teams
- Organising team days and events that bring people together
- Tracking invoices and supporting budget management
- Producing clear, actionable meeting notes using AI‑supported tools
About You
- Proven experience as a PA or senior administrator
