Harris Hill is delighted to be supporting a Catholic charitable organisation in its search for a Business Executive Support Officer. Our client is committed to serving communities through prayer, pastoral ministry, retreats, and charitable activities. This newly created role offers an exciting opportunity to support the day-to-day operations of the Province, helping to ensure that its administrative and organisational functions run smoothly.
Based at the Province's offices in Suffolk, the role offers an annual salary of £30,000 for 25 hours per week, working from 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM. This is a varied and hands-on position that combines secretarial, administrative, and operational responsibilities. You will provide support to senior leaders and Trustees, coordinate meetings and correspondence, maintain records and systems, and help oversee the smooth running of the Province's activities and facilities.
The role will also support the organisation's communications, including maintaining websites and social media channels, promoting retreats and events, and ensuring that all communications reflect our client's faith-based values and mission.
We are looking for an organised, calm, and personable individual with previous experience in administration, secretarial support, or office management. Strong communication skills are essential.
