Harris Hill is delighted to be partnering with a well‑established hospice in Harrow to recruit an Individual Giving Manager.

Location: Harrow, North West London (office‑based with flexible working options)

Salary: £43,000

Hours: Full‑time (37.5 hours per week)

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and grow a portfolio spanning individual giving, in‑memory fundraising, lottery and legacy giving. Managing a small team, the successful candidate will develop supporter journeys, deliver multi‑channel fundraising campaigns, and use data and insight to drive sustainable income growth.

They are looking for an experienced individual giving professional with a strong track record of delivering fundraising growth, developing supporter relationships, and leading successful direct marketing campaigns. Previous team management experience and excellent stakeholder engagement skills are essential. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery and is passionate about building meaningful supporter relationships that make a lasting impact.

Key Requirements

  • Significant experience in individual giving fundraising.
  • Proven success in supporter acquisition, retention and income growth.
  • Experience managing and developing a team.
  • Strong understanding of direct marketing and supporter stewardship.
