We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant & Board Administrator to join its growing and entrepreneurial team.

This is a varied opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with senior stakeholders and has strong Board governance experience.

Reporting to the Deputy CEO, you will provide comprehensive support to the CEO and Deputy CEO, while also playing a key role in the effective administration of the organisation’s Board and Committees.

You will manage senior diaries, meetings and travel, prepare papers and presentations, handle confidential information and act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

You will also coordinate the full Board and Committee meeting cycle, including scheduling, meeting logistics and Board packs, attending meetings, producing accurate minutes and tracking actions through to completion.

Alongside this, you will support Foundation Boards, shared inboxes, governance and compliance activity, and a range of executive projects.

We are looking for someone with significant experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role, ideally supporting C‑suite executives.

You will have proven experience preparing Board meeting minutes, excellent organisational and communication skills, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.

Discretion, sound judgement and the ability to work independently are essential.
