A fantastic national disability charity has a vacancy for a Community Fundraising Manager role in North England. Harris Hill is seeking a dynamic and charismatic candidate to join their expanding team!

As a Community Fundraising Manager in North England, you will:

  • Identify and build long-term relationships with key regional contacts, local businesses, organizations, and individuals to encourage financial and long-term support for the charity within the region.
  • Lead the implementation and delivery of the community fundraising strategy to generate net income and attract more supporters within the region.
  • Work with the Senior Community Fundraising Manager to develop the community fundraising strategy, including core activities and regional opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Northern Ireland Operational Team, delivering community projects and building relationships with local businesses for a new Hub in Belfast.

Ideally, you will have experience in:

  • Recruiting, supporting, and stewarding fundraisers or volunteers
  • Building successful internal and external relationships
  • Managing multiple priorities while providing excellent supporter care
  • Financial budgeting and reporting
  • Using fundraising databases, preferably Raiser’s Edge
  • Supporting an inclusive and diverse workforce
  • Being self-motivated and supportive to team members
  • Highly organized with the ability to work under pressure
  • Managing complex workloads and meeting deadlines

Note: You will need access to your own vehicle for travel; mileage will be reimbursed.

Contract: Full-time, permanent (37.5 hours/week), with some out-of-hours/weekend work as needed (flexible working policy).

Location: This role is home-based, with frequent regional travel; occasional in-person meetings at London and Birmingham offices.
