Are you an organised HR professional looking for your next opportunity? We are recruiting for an experienced HR Administrator to join a busy and supportive HR team on an immediate start basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administration skills, a keen eye for detail, and previous experience supporting HR processes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
- Prepare contracts, offer letters and other HR documentation.
- Process new starters, leavers and contractual changes.
- Manage HR inboxes and respond to routine employee queries.
- Support recruitment administration, including advertising vacancies, arranging interviews and completing pre-employment checks.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction activities.
- Prepare documentation for employee relations meetings and take accurate meeting minutes when required.
- Ensure confidential information is handled securely and in line with GDPR.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous HR administration experience.
- Knowledge of core HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle administration.
- Confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
