Are you an organised HR professional looking for your next opportunity? We are recruiting for an experienced HR Administrator to join a busy and supportive HR team on an immediate start basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administration skills, a keen eye for detail, and previous experience supporting HR processes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
  • Prepare contracts, offer letters and other HR documentation.
  • Process new starters, leavers and contractual changes.
  • Manage HR inboxes and respond to routine employee queries.
  • Support recruitment administration, including advertising vacancies, arranging interviews and completing pre-employment checks.
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction activities.
  • Prepare documentation for employee relations meetings and take accurate meeting minutes when required.
  • Ensure confidential information is handled securely and in line with GDPR.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous HR administration experience.
  • Knowledge of core HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle administration.
  • Confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
