Harris Hill is delighted to be working on behalf of a well-established Jewish charity that provides life-changing services and support to individuals, families and communities. They are seeking a Data & Insights Executive to join their fundraising team in a pivotal role, ensuring the smooth management of donor data, income processing and supporter administration. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual who enjoys working with data and systems while contributing to a cause that makes a genuine difference.
Reporting to the Head of Data & Insights, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate donor records within the CRM, processing fundraising income from a variety of sources, and ensuring donations, pledges and supporter interactions are recorded correctly. You will produce reports and data extracts to support fundraising activity, monitor pledge tracking, assist with financial reconciliations, and help deliver an excellent supporter experience through timely acknowledgements and efficient donor administration. You will also work closely with fundraising, finance and marketing colleagues to improve systems and processes, maintain data quality, and ensure compliance with GDPR and fundraising best practice.
To be successful, you will have excellent knowledge of MS Excel, experience working with CRM databases or administrative systems and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. You will be confident handling income processing data, financial or transactional data, managing competing priorities, and producing reliable reports to support informed decision-making. Strong organisational, numerical and communication skills are essential, along with a collaborative approach and a commitment to delivering outstanding supporter care. Experience within the charity sector and fundraising operations is necessary to be considered for this role.
