Projects Officer - Part-Time
We are delighted to be supporting a growing financial inclusion charity in the recruitment of a Projects Officer.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a passionate and ambitious organisation dedicated to improving financial wellbeing and tackling financial exclusion.
Working closely with the Projects & Partnerships Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the development, coordination and delivery of a range of projects, campaigns and engagement activities designed to create positive change for individuals and communities.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive and confident working with a range of stakeholders.
You will enjoy managing multiple priorities, supporting project delivery and helping to ensure initiatives are delivered efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and coordination support across a range of projects and partnerships.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and track actions.
- Support stakeholder engagement activities, including working with service users, community partners and external organisations.
- Assist with the planning and delivery of events, campaigns and project activities.
- Maintain accurate project records, reports and CRM data.
- Monitor project milestones and deadlines, helping to ensure successful delivery.
- Support research, fundraising and service development activities.
- Assist with producing project updates, reports and performance information.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to promote organisational impact and achievements.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have
- Previous experience in a project, programme, partnerships or administrative support role.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience engaging with a range of stakeholders and building positive relationships.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and database or CRM systems.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
- The ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a small team.
- A commitment to supporting vulnerable communities and promoting financial inclusion.
