I’m recruiting on behalf of a well-established national health charity for a Supporter Care Executive to join their busy supporter services team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with the public, stays calm under pressure, and takes pride in delivering an excellent supporter experience.

The role

  • You’ll be a key point of contact for supporters, managing enquiries by phone and email, processing donations, and accurately updating supporter records.
  • You’ll also support major fundraising campaigns during the charity’s peak period.
