Harris Hill is delighted to be supporting STOP THE TRAFFIK in their search for a Development Manager to join their ambitious and collaborative team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong relationship-led fundraiser and excellent proposal writer to play a key role in growing income for an internationally recognised organisation working to prevent human trafficking and exploitation across the world.
The role will play a significant part in leading trust and foundation fundraising activity, while also helping to grow corporate partnerships and wider supporter engagement initiatives. Working closely with senior leadership, you will help shape and deliver an exciting pipeline of funding opportunities and partnerships, while managing one direct report within the team.

Key areas of the role include:
- Leading on high-quality trust and foundation applications and reports
- Building and managing a pipeline of prospective funders and partners
- Supporting the development of new corporate partnerships
- Managing and stewarding relationships with donors and supporters
- Line management responsibility for one team member
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in trusts and foundations fundraising and strong application writing skills
- Experience managing fundraising pipelines and deadlines
- Confidence building relationships with funders, partners, and stakeholders
- An interest in social justice, prevention work, and creating long-term impact
