Harris Hill is delighted to be recruiting for a Facilities & IT Support Officer on behalf of a well-established charity. This is a varied, hands-on role supporting the smooth running of the organisation's office, ensuring colleagues have a safe, efficient and well-maintained working environment while providing first-line IT support.


Location:
Farringdon Monday-Thursday. WFH – Fridays

Key responsibiliti

  • esManage day-to-day office facilities and liaise with suppliers and contractor
  • s.Provide first-line IT support and coordinate with external IT provider
  • s.Support health & safety, office compliance and workplace wellbein
  • g.Set up IT equipment and accounts for new starters and leaver
  • s.Maintain office equipment, meeting rooms and workplace resource
  • s.Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and office efficienc
