A highly regarded organisation is seeking a Business Services Manager to oversee and enhance its operational excellence across IT, HR, Payroll, Facilities, and Risk Management. About the Role Reporting to the Director of Finance & Business Services, you will lead a dynamic team and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth delivery of key services. Your responsibilities will include: Operational Management: Streamline services and implement policies to ensure compliance and efficiency. HR & Payroll Oversight: Support recruitment, manage staff development, and ensure adherence to HR best practices. Facilities Management: Oversee office premises, IT resources, and supplier contracts. Compliance & Risk: Act as the Data Protection Officer and manage health and safety protocols. Strategic Development: Identify growth opportunities and contribute to organisational strategy. What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate will have: Demonstrable experience in leading and developing multi-disciplinary teams. Strong IT, systems implementation, and process review skills. Knowledge of HR best practices and compliance requirements. Experience in charity or social housing sectors (essential). Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership abilities.
