Our Dig Crew Plumbing Lead is responsible for troubleshooting and repairing plumbing issues. A Dig Crew Plumbing Lead will complete approved repairs in a timely manner, have a clean and orderly work area, collect payment, and complete paperwork.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in the plumbing/dig crew industry and the ability to work independently
- Assist with excavation around utilities (public or private)
- Assist with laying and gluing joints on piping
- Assist with wall penetrations
- Backfill with shovels, rakes, and pneumatic tamper
- Apply weather proofing to wall penetrations
- Bring and get materials for the job
- The ability to communicate written and orally to the customers
- Technical know-how - to use email, invoice software, etc.
- Ability to work a shifted schedule
- Takes great pride in going the extra mile for our customers
- Strong customer service skills (active listening, relationship building, etc.)
- Ability to use own plumbing tools (Basic trade related hand tools)
- Good physical condition
