Job Description: Senior Project Manager MEP
The Role:
The Senior Project Manager will deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality projects that exceed client expectations for schedule and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide pre-construction support, managing interfaces with the client, designers, and third parties.
- Oversee all aspects of assigned projects to ensure successful outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, from site management to client representatives.
- Coordinate inputs and outputs across departments including Health & Safety, Quality, Commercial, Planning, Engineering, and more.
- Maintain high personal and team standards for health, safety, environment, and sustainability.
- Drive quality through effective planning and right-first-time delivery. Lead, supervise, and mentor the project team.
- Review engineering drawings, capture and address comments.
- Manage project finances, schedules, and cost control systems.
- Ensure proper processes are in place for method statements, risk assessments, and payment records.
- Appoint qualified site staff and facilitate effective team communication.
- Identify and report on project risks, opportunities, and future work potential.
- Collaborate with support departments to maximise project support and knowledge sharing.
- Support team members in achieving their performance and development goals.
- Stay current on industry progress and developments.
- Work closely with project managers, agents, engineers, and supervisors to efficiently manage labour and equipment.

- Significant MEP technology expertise and previous experience
- Critical areas experience
- Construction site experience, especially in MEP and utilities
- Experience working in an international organization
