Our client is seeking an experienced Office Manager to provide 12-month maternity cover, playing a vital role in supporting the day to day operational and administrative functions within a busy construction office. Key Responsibilities: * Process and cross check operatives’ weekly timesheets * Raise and send invoices using NAV, ensuring alignment with client purchase orders * Maintain and update internal trackers and budget changes * Manage Goods Received Notes (GRNs) * Provide diary management support for senior staff * Create and maintain job folders and update meeting minutes * Issue contract award letters for projects exceeding £10,000 * Oversee holiday scheduling and approval * Coordinate daily whereabouts communications for site teams * Manage company vehicle documentation and scheduling * Organise office maintenance (PAT testing, fire checks, cleaners, etc.) * Order uniforms for operatives, site and contract managers * Place purchase orders for both office needs and job requirements * Schedule operative and site manager stand-down meetings at external venues Ideal Candidate Will Have: * Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role * Strong organisational and multitasking skills * Good working knowledge of NAV (or similar ERP systems) is desirable * Ability to work independently with high attention to detail * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
