We are seeking an experienced Group Head of Data & AI to lead enterprise wide data, analytics and AI strategy for a large complex organisation.
You will be responsible for driving data led decision making, developing AI and analytics capabilities and ensuring data supports strategic growth, operational efficiency and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and deliver the Data & AI strategy and roadmap.
- Identify and implement high-value analytics, automation and AI use cases.
- Lead Data Science, Analytics and Data Platform teams.
- Drive data governance, quality, security and responsible AI practices.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver insight driven business outcomes.
- Provide executive leadership on data, analytics and emerging technologies.
About You
- Must have worked in Global complex organisations
- Proven leadership experience in Data, Analytics, AI, or Business Intelligence.
- Strong knowledge of modern data platforms, analytics, machine learning and generative AI.
- Experience delivering data and AI strategies within complex organisations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Understanding of data governance, compliance and enterprise operating models.
- Experience with Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Fabric, Power BI and Databricks is advantageous
