Job Description \n We're looking for an experienced HRIS Technical Lead to lead the technical design, integration and delivery of a global HR systems platform. You'll translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, overseeing integrations, configuration, data migration and technical delivery while ensuring long term system stability. \n Key responsibilities: \n \n Lead technical architecture and solution design for HR systems \n Manage integrations, APIs and third party systems \n Oversee configuration, data migration, testing and releases \n Establish effective BAU support and operational processes \n Ensure strong security, governance and data protection controls \n Work closely with HR, IT, architecture and external implementation partners \n \n About you: \n \n Strong HRIS technical experience \n Must have strong SAP SuccessFactors experience \n Proven experience with integrations, APIs and global platforms \n Experience delivering HR technology transformation programmes \n Strong understanding of security, governance and compliance \n Excellent stakeholder and communication skills \n Comfortable working across international teams and multiple priorities \n \n This is an opportunity to play a key role in developing a scalable, globally integrated HR technology environment.
