Harris Global are currently on the lookout for a Learning Experience Designer to join our client on an initial 3 month contract. This role will require 3 days per week onsite in London and will be inside IR35. Candidates must possess experience of online learning design and delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop engaging digital and blended learning experiences for employees across a global organisation.
- Create interactive online learning content using a range of authoring and creative tools, including platforms such as Articulate Storyline, Elucidat, Adobe Creative Cloud and AI-enabled technologies.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to translate business objectives into effective learning solutions and user-focused learning journeys.
- Support the ongoing enhancement and optimisation of the organisation's learning platform to improve user experience and learner engagement.
- Apply instructional design methodologies and learning science principles to create impactful, learner centred content.
- Use learner feedback, analytics and performance data to evaluate effectiveness and continuously improve learning materials.
- Manage the full life cycle of learning content, from initial concept and development through to updates.
