Are you an experienced Contracts Manager looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a highly organised, commercially minded professional to take ownership of multiple contracts, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business where you will play a key role in driving operational performance, commercial success and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities * Oversee and control project costs, ensuring contracts are delivered on budget and to agreed financial targets. * Manage and review cost plans at handover, guaranteeing accuracy and transparency. * Lead and contribute to internal contract meetings, providing progress updates and actionable insights. * Negotiate effectively with suppliers, subcontractors and service providers to achieve best value and strengthen commercial outcomes. * Drive the delivery of service centre margins and profitability targets. * Prepare and maintain Health & Safety documentation, ensuring compliance with company standards and legislation. * Oversee service reviews, ensuring quality, efficiency and continuous improvement. * Build strong, positive relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels. About You * Proven track record in contracts management, with excellent commercial and financial acumen. * Strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation and effective site set up. * Skilled negotiator with the ability to influence, resolve issues and build trusted relationships. * Confident stakeholder manager, comfortable engaging with both internal teams and external partners. * Highly organised, proactive and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. * Roofing knowledge/experience across multiple systems (advantageous but not essential). * Ideally SMSTS qualified.
