We're looking for experienced Technical Project Managers to join our growing Engineering team and play a pivotal role in delivering some of the UK's most advanced Electronic Warfare and Cyber Security capabilities. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of complex engineering programmes from concept through to delivery, working at the intersection of technical leadership and project execution. While we're open to candidates from a range of engineering disciplines—including systems, software, electronics, hardware, mechanical or related fields—the ability to combine technical depth with programme leadership is essential.

As a newly evolving role within the business, you'll have the opportunity to influence both engineering outcomes and project delivery practices, acting as the vital link between technical teams, customers and senior stakeholders. Whether you identify as an Engineering Project Manager, Project Engineer or Technical Programme Manager, this role offers the chance to combine engineering expertise with programme leadership in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.
