Operations and Technical Engineering Manager

L3Harris in Farnborough specialises in secure ground and airborne communication and network systems for the military, international forces and commercial customers. We engineer and maintain night vision goggles, radar systems and tactical radios.

The Senior Manager – Operations or equivalent combination of education and experience:

• Extensive experience leading multi-level teams, including managers and supervisors, within a manufacturing or technical environment
• Strong background in managing product manufacture, repair operations, and customer returned product processes
• Experience in developing and executing operational plans and contributing to functional strategy
• Knowledge of equipment maintenance, calibration processes, and operational facility management
• Experience managing budgets, resources, or departmental financial performance
• Broad technical expertise across engineering or related disciplines, or deep specialisation in a specific technical area
