The role will be part of the GS2 (UK) Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and have overall responsibility for driving the strategic direction and execution of the Multi‑domain Sensor Integration business. This includes overall accountability for financial performance of the BA, along with the end‑to‑end delivery of the Multi‑domain Sensor Integration (MSI) mission capabilities, ensuring they meet market demands and strategic business goals. The role will work closely with senior leadership within a matrix organization, including business development, engineering and operations to ensure continued growth within the MSI market.

What the role will involve We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven leader to head our newly established Multi‑Sensor Integration Business Area. Our Multi‑Sensor Integration Business Area explores technologies and offerings within counter‑UAS and data fusion domains. Operating as a Business Unit Manager/Director, this role carries full responsibility for the strategic direction, operational performance, and financial success of the business area.
