This opportunity is to join the global contracts and industrialisation function covering Europe reporting to the Contracts Manager. You will begin your career at L3Harris by providing vital contracts administration support, from here you will develop your experience and begin supporting the wider team by contributing to projects, providing support with contracts proposals and gaining global exposure.

What the role will involve:

  • Degree qualified in relevant subject area (such as legal, business management, HR or other relevant degrees)
  • Understanding and analysis of Customer requirements, to establish business solutions in response
  • Formulating and preparing Customer proposals and responses
  • Negotiating with Customers and capturing outcomes in formal Agreements
  • Contributing to projects
  • Appraising colleagues on contractual risk and opportunities
  • Socialising and gaining permission to commercial propositions

  • Ability to articulate complicated various situations, varying in complexity, from straightforward to intricate and all in between
