Salary: £35,000 - 43,000 per year
Requirements:
- Applicants should live within a reasonable commuting distance of Taunton, or be able to commute reliably.
- Development experience using Visual Basic (VB) or similar.
- Experience with workflow scripting and automation within a case management or business system.
- Experience creating and maintaining screens, documents, and forms.
- Understanding of database management principles.
- Ability to create and maintain workflow and technical documentation.
- Comfortable combining system development with general IT support.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, including the ability to explain technical issues.
- Knowledge of HTML, particularly for forms and Form EVO, is desirable.
- SQL experience or familiarity is desirable.
- Experience with Visualfiles or another legal or case management system is desirable.
- Experience in a legal or professional services environment is desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Visualfiles workflows, forms, templates, and automation.
- Support and improve our legal systems and business applications.
- Produce reports using SQL, Power BI, and Excel.
- Provide day-to-day IT support to colleagues.
- Assist with system upgrades, testing, and implementations.
- Support third-party system integrations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Deliver user training where required.
