If you are interested in planning, developing and monitoring support services and managing administrative support staff, this could be the role for you. The actual salary for this role will be Β£33,357.42 (40 weeks per year, 37.5 hours per week). Main Areas of Responsibility Your responsibilities will include: Administration and diary management for the Principal, including liaising with Governors and compiling the termly census returns for the DfE Responsibility for HR processes and files, including maintaining the Single Central Record, managing the recruitment, selection, induction and performance management processes, and completing the monthly payroll The financial administration of the academy Full line management of the office team, extra-curricular activities and midday supervisory staff A detailed list of responsibilities can be found in the job pack Qualifications & Experience We would like to hear from you if you have: IT literate, including proficiency with MS Office and databases Working knowledge and awareness of employment law, policies and procedures Working knowledge of safeguarding processes and legislation Secure knowledge of HR and payroll administration Experience of diary management for several stakeholders including a Principal/ CEO Demonstrable experience of producing quality documentation Experience of leading a team of people with successful outcomes Experience of operating effective financial processes in line with procedures, legislation and best practice Experience of HR administration For a full job description and person specification, please download the Job Pack.
