The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
The role will be multi-faceted and you will be supporting subject leaders and teachers in developing and delivering outstanding teaching and learning. Working closely with the Executive Principal for the Central Quadrant you will work across Academies as directed, improving standards and the outcomes for our students. As a senior leader, you will have the opportunity to develop and advance your career within a supportive network and gain experience of working across schools. You will have unrivalled opportunities for progression.
We are looking for an outstanding middle leader who is ready to make the move into senior leadership has a proven track record of subject/middle leadership. You must be flexible and be prepared to work across schools supporting, mentoring and coaching teachers and leaders as well as supporting whole Academy strategies. The post would suit an ambitious subject leader or lead practitioner looking either to broaden their expertise and responsibilities. You will be a member of the extended leadership team within the Academies you are based.
